Kaz’s love for fitness began in high school as he was a multi sport athlete in wrestling and swimming. In college he was an NCAA athlete and mixed martial artist in the amateur circuit. After college he moved to New York City to complete his masters degree in teaching as well as earn his training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Because of his wide range of experience, from teaching physical education to adolescents to helping individuals with pre-existing injuries, Kaz is confident he can help facilitate all of your fitness and nutrition goals. Kaz’s approach to health and well being starts at the very basics of human movement. His training method starts with flexibility and alignment in order to create a solid foundation for which to sculpt and transform. He finds that looking good is a bi-product of a healthy lifestyle and sound movement techniques. In addition to training, Kaz is more than happy to sit down and talk nutrition and get you on the right path to a healthy lifestyle.
