In addition holding multiple degrees in Sports Marketing, Events and Business. I specialize in functional and holistic personal training while aiding injury prevention and maximizing individual potential for both children & adults.

I take a Cognitive approach to fitness and wellbeing, I believe that one must not just eat well, train their mental and physical self but also their emotional self.

My programs deliver both strength and endurance while utilizing balance to aid in injury prevention and maximizing individual potential. I build from my background of endurance triathlons, figure skating, competitive dance, StrongFirst, O.P.T and CrossFit. With a love for all things adrenalin, I shows that training can not just make one stronger or fitter but can heal ones mental and emotional self, that training can be exciting yet safe.

After reaping the rewards of a balanced and holistic approach to my own personal training, I have transferred this methodology into my coaching, helping others live a more balanced and healthier life, while educating and pushing individuals to their limits. My holistic approach encompasses diet, lifestyle, mental well-being, and maintaining a goal-focus complementing the physical aspects of training.
