Maya’s fun and energetic spirit makes her workouts unique and exciting. Her training sessions incorporate elements of resistance training with weights, yoga, kickboxing, and Pilates. All workouts are created for the client’s unique abilities and goals including weight loss, muscle gain, and sport-specific training.

Hailing from the Windy City, Maya is a certified personal trainer through NASM and a certified TRX instructor. She is a professional hula hoop dancer and fire spinner, and teaches beginner hoop dance classes.
