Julian Vanderlinden

Julian was hired by CSUN during undergrad as a Learning Facilitator teaching exercise physiology to his peers. He has worked in physical therapy clinics and fitness gyms for several years. He currently is certified by the NSCA as a strength and conditioning specialist and by the American College of Sports Medicine in personal training. From working with injured clients to maximizing weight loss and athletic performance, Julian will build you a science-based program to attain your goals!

Natalie Hough is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. Originally from Pennsylvania, Natalie moved to Los Angeles in 2014 to pursue a career in the fitness industry. Specializing in weight loss and resistance training, she has found a special niche providing an in-home gym experience. Natalie’s soft approach yet challenging programs have been very successful to clients she has worked with. Her prior experience working at Total Woman Gym + Spa helped cultivate her vision of helping a diverse group of people.

Simone Vellek

Clients choose Simone because she lives what she teaches. She is motivating, knowledgeable, and thinks outside the box for program design. The part of her job that she enjoys the most is witnessing her clients succeed at a task they previously thought impossible. Simone recognizes the responsibility that comes with building one’s confidence in helping them to achieve their goals. Keeping in touch with her clients helps them to stay accountable. What makes Simone unique is her ability to work with people of all fitness levels and backgrounds, train in a variety of modalities, and adapt easily to any environment. She truly considers fitness her life’s destiny.
